Do I need to pay a deposit to place my order?

• Yes

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

• We do require at least 7-14 business days before your event. We can only take a certain amount of orders per weekend, so once we hit our max we wont be able to place anymore orders.

Will my cookies look exactly like the picture I sent you?

• As much as we want to replicate your inspiration picture, we will put our own creative spin on your cookies based on the inspiration picture.

Do you have an order minimum? 

• Yes, we do require a minimum of a dozen order.

How do I order?

• There is a "Contact Us" option on our website where you can send in your inquiries. Please allow 24 hours for a response during weekdays and up to 48 hours Friday-Sunday due to those being the busiest work days of our week. 

Do you have a storefront location?

• No, we are a home based food cottage licensed bakery. Our kitchen is licensed with the County of San Bernardino. 

Are you a nut free kitchen?

• We offer plenty of desserts that do not contain nuts, however in some cases we do work with nuts so we can not guarantee that we are a nut free environment. 

Do you always have cookies available?

• Not at the moment. Everything is custom order and made to order. There are some rare occasions where we have extra cookies available or do giveaways. Make sure to be following all of our social media accounts to be updated and informed.

Do you ship?

• No, only local orders.
